Pros:
–They fit me in two hours after I called (Tues morning)
–They honoured a first-​time customer discount and gave me a half price cut (wash, cut, style/​blowdry + full colour came to £57)
–Porsha, who coloured and cut my hair, was fantastic.
–They used Wella colour, which they matched perfectly to my instructions
–They happily waited for me to withdraw cash and went over my hair with straighteners as requested.
Cons:
–Cash/​cheque only
–Not open late (5.30pm close)
–Other clientele seemed slightly older
Sum: The only way is Essex? Not until now!
