Adresse sympathique face à la cathédrale pour boire un verre ou prendre la formule coffee cake à 2,95£. Les gâteaux n’ont rien d’extraordinaire mais le cadre de ce bar dans les voûtes d’une église sont à voir.

Shopping Day for my wife in Chi today. Got some consolation by lunching here. B****y Good Oh! Hadn’t been since it was the old Slurping Toad!!! and the House of Fraser was the Army and Navy
Can definitely recommend the food, especially the Pasta Smoked Salmon and Seafood Ravioli with Rocket and Garlic. Brilliant, but HUGE! If you’re not driving, you can get a bottle of wine for about 8 quid.
Fabulous building, very appropriate as it’e just opposite the Cathedral.

Very nice setting opposite cathedral and lovely atmosphere as inside an old church building. A little quiet at times but good for social gatherings as you’ll always get a table.

The building itself is an ex church with a contemporary twist. It has masively high vaulted ceilings and cobwebs like cheeswire in the west window!
Handy for Lunch if you work in Chichester and an absolute bargain at £4.99 for help yourself soup, jacket potato, chili, beans and a salad bar with lots of choice including ratatouille and a really mean salsa from 12:00 to 15:00 Mon to Sat. They also have a full cook to order menu and lots of special offers on wines beers and spirits.
I don’t know if I would like to visit on a Friday or Saturday night but it’s great for a cheap and cheerful lunch.

A fantastic cocktail bar in the centre of Chichester, right opposite the cathedral. Based in a converted church this is an impressive venue, with great décor and ambience. It’s a great place for a party (we recently held our engagement party there), and areas of the bar can be hired for this. Jo and her team will also provide a buffet at very reasonable cost.
The cocktails are fantastic, ranging from the classics such as Cosmopolitans to more unusual apple martinis and the like. The food is very good for snacks, although for me it’s a bit too lively for dinner. They also do an excellent salad bar lunch Monday to Saturday.
The only slight quibble is the service which can sometimes be a little slow, but I know they’re working on this at the moment.
However, with great cocktails and food, a 2-​for-​1 cocktail slot, and such a great venue, it’s still a brilliant start to a night out in Chi.

Die West’s Bar ist eine der gemütlichsten und schönsten in ganz Chichester. Allein die Atmosphäre in einer früheren Kirche ist einzigartig, und an einem langen Winternachmittag gibt es nichts schöneres, als es sich mit einer heißen Schokolade und einem guten Buch im West’s gemütlich zu machen. Auch das Essen ist durchweg empfehlenswert. Schade nur, dass man ab neun Uhr abends nichts mehr bekommt. Auch die Toiletten sind leider England-​typisch nicht sehr gepflegt, darum ein Stern Abzug. Alles in allem kann man aber im West’s gut einen Abend rumkriegen — insbesondere auch wenn man die Cocktail Happy Hour ausnutzt ;-)
