The Smithy Pond is a pub that sells 2 for 1 meals and cheap drinks. The meals are not brilliant at all and even though it’s cheap to eat in there I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody. I’ve eaten there on several occasions (not out of choice!) in the last few years and I’ve been highly disappointed with the quality of the food. The beer range is very limited but prices are okay. Has a family pub feel to pub. Beer garden is enhanced by views of the Lido.
