When our electric oven started to play up, we called CookerTech in to have a look. A pleasant chap arrived on the same day, at the time we’d arranged and spent a good half hour (at least) checking and identifying the cause of the problem, and explaining to me where it was.
He warned that the only remedy may be to change the motherboard, which would be very expensive, but while he was here suggested how avoid the problem. All this for no call-​out charge!
Unfortunately I can’t comment on any repair work completed, because as was suggested, the quote was rather hefty. They even said that if we could find a replacement part ourselves, they would gladly fit it for a small charge.
Judging from the service received so far, I will certainly call CookerTech next time we encounter a problem, or if I do find a replacement part.
