Had extensions weaved in here by Sally. Was very happy at first, but within a few washes they felt dry and coarse like horse hair. The wefts contracted into bumps that stuck out through my own hair and pulled at the roots, breaking them. I took them out and took them back to Sally who conditioned them and gave them back to me. My hair was badly damaged but she offered to weave them in again or sew on clips, refusing to refund me even in part. I ended up having to have my hair cut very short after this and am now trying to grow it back out. I have never experienced such appalling service or poor quality hair extensions before and would caution everyone not to trust Sally with their crowning glory!
