Lovely pub with hotel attached. Friendly staff and nice rooms. Please be aware the rooms do not have an air condition and therefore if it is summer you must open the windows to cool the room but the hotel is very close to the motorway and the noise is annoying.
Also the noise by the bathrooms from the neighbors is recognizable.
The food is brilliant and absolutely to recommend.

amazing place easy to get to. staff were so friendly and made you feel really welcome. The rooms were very nice, the food was good portions were large, well worth the money.

A hotel/​pub/​resteraunt in Birtley. Is situated just off from eighton banks, and is fairly easy to get to on foot or by car. The resteraunt is fairly expensive but the food is always good and the service is excellent. the hotel has nice reasonably sized rooms and but then again is a little on the expensive side.
