Fantastic meal. The restaurant was nearly empty on a Saturday evening(lots of takeout and delivery though). The chutney assortment is worth getting, whatever you order. Like any good curry place, the spicier dishes(vindaloo, in our case) were quite spicy. Extra points for making us an off-menu side order of Chana saag(which was also delicious). Fairly good list of wines by the bottle but not any by the glass(a tiny downside).

I was apprehensive on going to Eurasia, as years ago it wasn’t very good. Now, after refurbishment etc. it is one of the best Indian restaurants in Cheltenham. I think the word has got around as when I went in Feb 2011 at 8.30pm on a Saturday, it was completely full and we had to wait for a table. Well worth the wait though and prices are very reasonable.

Second time I’ve been to this particular Indian and both times I’ve been really impressed. The food was really good, the service was good and the atmoshere nice also. I have eaten at a fair amount of Cheltenham’s curry houses and this one is definately in my top 5. I have now taken a takeaway menu from them too so I can order their nice foods. My friend is a Phaal fan and he enjoyed his saying it was the hottest out of the few he’d had so far at other restaurants.
