i go into this store a lot. the staff are really friendly and seem really chilled. especially the young girls are really nice. the products are great they usually give u free testers and once i even got a glass of champagne! can’t complain :)

This is absolutely one of my favourite shops. It is just the right size easy to see everything and have a good look at the products. Very nicely set out. The staff are lovely and helpful, never patronising. I could easily spend a fortune here but as times are tight its nice to pop in and get a little something for a real treat without breaking the bank. Have tried loads of their products and they do seem to work.
They often have offers and they do perfect gifts.

For some the smell of this shop can be offputting as it is perhaps an acquired taste. But if you can get past the scent, then it makes a great store to collect stocking fillers and/​or gift sets fr someone special. The bath bombs are to die for and make a relaxing evening perfectdefinately recommended

You can smell this place for miles. I do like the products though. Great for presents and treats. I like they’re soaps and bath bombs. The staff in Lush in general are always helpful, friendly and very knowledgable. I’m not surprised that they are one of the best companies to work for in this country. My favourite product from Lush is the coconut soap with the pink rind. I’ve never tried their shampoos but think I might next time I pop into the shop, unless of course Santa is reading this and decides to treat me to some.

I do have a bit of a problem with this shop as the smell is so overpowering (even outside) that I rarely venture in. When I do, trying to hold my breath and not sneeze, I am always amazed at the selection.
The soaps almost look good enough to eat and make lovely gifts as do items such as bathbombs.
The staff are very friendly and very helpful.

Lust ist immer wieder eine Erfahrung, aber besonders hier in Chelmsford lohnt sich der Besuch.
Die Mitarbeiter sind besonders freundlich und als ich mich als Lush-​Newbie outete, gab es ein paar Gratis-​Proben vom Chef dazu.
Bei Lush bekommt man umweltfreundliche und hautfreundliche Produkte. Besonders die Badeartikel kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

I love lush.
As usual you can smell the shop before you can see it.
The staff are nice and helpful they always ask if you need any help and were happy to go a and something when i asked for it as it was not on the shop floor.
They stock all the usual lush products and also do parties one of which I’m going to in a few weeks time with the Guides so I will report back then.
