Eaten here on several different occasions. Food has always been good and the staff are friendly.
It does get busy so be prepared to wait for a table at peak times.

We popped in here one Saturday lunchtime for a bite to eat before embarking on the shopping and were pleasantly surprised. The menu had plenty to choose from and was very reasonably priced.
When the food arrived, it was cooked well and served hot and was quite tasty.
The restaurant area is inside the pub (or outside in the summer) and is quite small but there were plenty of people eating and several of them were regulars judging by the way they were speaking to the staff.
It was okay for a Saturday lunchtime bite to it. I wouldn’t go here with friends or if I wanted something special, but it was good food and reasonably priced.
