This is an intimate family restaurant. We go here so often (it’s our local) that the head waiter (if it’s big enough to have that, or maybe he’s just the waiter, or possibly the owner) greets us by name. It’s not big on décor, seemingly an extended room in the house and some of the tables are in the conservatory. But the food is really good and lots of good vegetarian stuff. The prices incredibly good and the service excellent. It’s quiet and friendly. Lots of people get a take-​away from here. It’s more or less the last building as you head north out of Taff’s Well, just before the chapel.
