Spar

Ok I’ll admit it’s a Spar but I think it’s definitely one worth mentioning as if you’re a student in Cardiff, chances are you’ll be living in the area and this shop will save your life. Its opening hours are very handy if you forget something or need to dash out to get some bread or milk.
The shop is always stocked right up and what I absolutely love is they have nearly every flavour of Rubicon soft drink. The prices of alcohol aren’t the cheapest but it’s great for unplanned parties run in and your bottle of cider or wine. There is a free cash point directly outside which is very handy and don’t believe they charge for use of credit or debit cards inside.
The staff are extremely friendly and tentative to the store and their customers and my friends and I always share a joke or two with the guys who work there. All things considered this is a great little convenience store that if you live nearby is a great asset to your neighbourhood.
