Fantastic full Welsh breakfast to set us up for the day! Lovely little café, relaxing music, friendly staff and great food. The Buck’s Fizz was a great idea too!

Visiting Cardiff, this is one of the first place we ate at.
We ordered the bangers and mash which, came with mashed peas and the chicken Cymru which came with pan roasted potatoes and tons of peas.
Everything about the bangers and mash were fabulous and I’d highly recommend it. The chicken was pretty good and came with a tomato sauce.
We also tried Welsh cakes for the first time and ended up getting some to go. They had cinnamon, sugar and raisins in them.

My first day in Wales began here with a delicious bowl of cawl with bread and butter. A perfect meal for a cold, rainy day. I didn’t find better in my travels about the country, and on return to Cardiff on my last day, I enjoyed another bowl for lunch. Nothing like it here in the States. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Great little spot! Eggs Benedict and coffee were excellent! Service from the owner was definitely 5 star. Definitely a place to stop into if you are looking for a nice, casual stop in Cardiff. Part of a small shopping strip right across from the Cardiff castle.
