Peacocks

Through the last couple of years, Peacocks has really pulled its socks up (I now have a hilarious mental image of garish birds in socks…).
Once upon a time this store was old-​fashioned and wanting of a fashion injection. And, fortunately for them, they got it! Nowadays you can wander into Peacocks and see the latest fashions are reasonable prices. Not to say that all of their clothes are lovely, but you’re far more likely to find the season’s must have items and some real gems.
I know lots of guys (they seem to cater for men better than women, or maybe women are just a bit more fussy) who live in Peacocks clothing. And somethings will really surprise you, like my fashion designer friend who was wearing an inside-​out flowery shirt the other day, picked up from… you guessed… Peacocks.
So, this is a good place to have a little peruse, or to go in to pick up some basics for work or play. Their accessories are also good and well priced, but aren’t of such a high quality as some of their other good.

An enormous branch of Peacocks, sells clothing and homewares for men, women and children at fairly cheap prices — I especially like their huge range of cheap shoes which are great if you want the latest fashion for a night out! this particular branch I find to be a little bit out of the way from other shops I would usually want to visit so dont go here often but as they carry such as huge stock ive been able to pick up particular items in my size that I couldnt find in the main branch in the city centre.
