Why is this shop so big? It’s huge considering the stock. Surely there aren’t that many Christian books in production. I personally like to think that they have snook a few Muslim titles in there in the interest of choice, and fairness… but hey! That’s just me!
I’ve wandered in here a few times, but have never actually bought anything. I’m drawn in by the allure of the bookcases that reach all the way to the ceiling… well, it’s actually the allure of their contents, and the way they look that I find irresistible. One day I want a library the siz e of this one!
Somewhat unsurprisingly, everyone in here is really friendly. I would say, if you possess a Christian inclination and are looking for the most obscure title in the world, these guys will find it for you, (even if it means moving mountains!)

I like bookshops in general and little tiny out of the way ones where you can smell all the old books… I just love them. I have made my poor boyfriend wait for his lunch for quite a long time before, just before I am picking up books and sniffing them. But, someone’s got to agree with me, there is just SOMETHING about the smell of old books…
They are really friendly in here and more than happy to just let you wander around, a little aimlessly, picking things up and turning them over in your hands.
At the same time, though, they are really helpful and are willing to go out of their way to help you if you ask them.
