Dave Usher Butchers

Dave Ushers is a revelation. The man himself stands outside with hands behind back, watching the world go by and gives you a warm welcome when you enter his establishment. The prices are incredible, considering how expensive meat is in the Supermarkets these days, plus it’s a darn sight better quality than your tesco or Asda.
But, the best thing about Dave Usher butchers is this: the home made sausages and the thick bacon. I kid you not, I have looked far and wide, but haven’t been able to find anything that compares. In face, the sausages are so good, I haven’t needed any sauce for ages (get it — sauce ages!).
Anyway, bac-​on the the subject: this butchers is the reason why more people should ditch the supermarket and shop local. You won’t get better value or quality. Don’t be a plastic-​wrapped chicken, get yourself down to the man.
