Location is awesome. Went here twice. The first time I sat in a room up stairs with a great view of the cathedral. The second time I sat outside in the sun on the street and that was nice too. Food is good but the first time we went then lady at the cash register was really rude and sarcastic. I had the be login waffle the first time and cream tea the next. Both were great. I did see a box outside in the sun labeled focachia so I guess the food is not fresh. Also slightly worried about food safety leaving it out in the sun.

Anywhere that serves a chocolate croissant and a coffee for £2.80 is a winner in my eyes! This place is über cute, with quirky but quaint décor and an abundance of comfy chairs and hidden spaces to hide away and devour whatever chocolatey goodness it was that you ordered. The waiting staff are lovely and, most importantly, the food and coffee is really great! It’s a perfect little café for breakfast with a friend and I’d recommend it to anyone. If you’re not in the mood for breakfast, however, this place also serves an amazing selection of little chocolates as well, which looked pretty incredible so why not try some of those instead? All in all, this place really impressed me and is definitely a little Canterbury hot-spot that I would highly suggest you visit!

Chocolate Café is exactly what it is a café dedicated to all things chocolatey. Needless to say it does a fine range of choccy treats but also bang on coffee, teas, milkshakes(chocolate of course) and cakes. Try the warm cheesecakeI promise you wont be disappointed(Nota Bene: this is served with warm chocolate). Getting the idea?
