Volunteer Glasgow is the place to be to find out how you can get involved in giving up some of your time to help your community!
A great city centre location with level access and a lift — the customer service is absolutely excellent.
As well as helping you find out about volunteering, Volunteer Glasgow runs loads of projects themselves including supporting the Poverty Leadership Panel, Young peoples befriending services, support for older people and help for people working towards SQA qualifications and adult literacies.
The offices are bright and spacious with a lovely hustle and bustle which gives a great energy and enthusiastic feel — a great vibe to engage potential volunteers!
There are so many different things you can do — from social care to arts, admin and office work (the receptionists here are volunteers themselves!), computing, social media, gardening, youth work, research, catering, retail, driving and fundraising there really is something for everyone.
