BEWARE things look, bad, really, really bad. Busy bees raking it in for themselvesI even suspect false or greatly flowered up 5out of 5 reviews here and on Yell, which has already made my one 1 star review ‘disappear’. Latest: VS have not paid back the deposit, over £1600, for the past two months, clearly in breach of tenancy deposit scheme rules as there is no reason mentioned by anyone in the required timescale to take any money, which hasn-t been agreed by landlord and tenant. Landlord confirmed there was no reason and has said deposit was free to be returned. But VS have not returned it, even though they have correct bank details and ‘contact’ details for which they need. This is the straw that broke the camels back in a long line of poor service, fob offs by ‘Roy’ and me being out of pocket and beyond actually renting they will now be hearing from TDS and TPO in the next couple of weeks. Even if they now suddenly decide to pay the deposit, the horse has bolted leaving a long trail of sh!+ behind them. VS have not done nearly enough that could be deemed ‘good service’. Big Fail. This is why VS are being selected to recieve the ‘Big Fail’ award in my book this decade. I feel they’ve been paid a lot of money and provided just enough ‘service’ to scrape them off the ground(really just the bare skeleton of ‘service’). I would recommend to AVOID as there is a good chance of being stung by them or feel like you’ve been either duped or trodden in something you should have left outside.

Vincent Shaw on The Broadway of Mill Road reminds me of the countryside. I am not entirely sure why, perhaps it’s the décor. I have been inside this, sophisticated, estate agents a few times for enquiries and they are very kind and helpful. I do recommend giving them a try when wanting that house or flat!
