Had not been for a while but went a few weeks ago, not as many stalls and not as busy as in previous years. Quite a few car boot type stalls, but still plenty of food, clothes, bag and general interest stalls. Plenty of parking and easy to get parked and the entry of 50p allows entry for another visit within the same month, good for looking for a bargain or general browsing.

Seems to have shrunk in size over the years, I was disappointed when I visited in the summer. However, I did manage to buy what I went for so was not all bad. Its such a shame its not more popular.

I haven’t visited Blackbushe Market for over a year, but I love it and must think about going there again. It is one of the biggest markets that I have ever been to. You need to arrive early on a Sunday morning and allow yourself a good few hours to wander around. You also need to remember where you have been, otherwise you could end up going to look at the same stalls all over again. You will find everything there from clothes and shoes to fruit, veg, flowers, CDs, luggage. The stuff is cheap, but obviously, some of it is cheap and tacky. There are toilets on site. There are also a few places where you can grab a bite to eat and drink, either doughnuts or burgers or a cup of tea or a coke. Writing this has made me think I must go again soon. One word of warning. Make sure you remember exactly where you parked your car.
