Stumbled upon this place as I was sight-seeing in Northern Wales. I was about to visit the nearby castle but realized I was quite hungry, so I followed a sign to this cozy little spot and I was so glad that I dined here as it was one of the best things I’ve eaten during my trip abroad. Interior is a bit shabby chic and very cozy. The servers were all very pleasant Welsh ladies that helped answer some questions I had about the menu. I had a mug of tea and a Buck rarebit toast. The toast came with a small side salad and a poached egg. It was just perfect. I’ve never had rarebit before, but if this is the norm, I would love to have it again. There are a bunch of other items on the menu that would be perfect for breakfast or a light lunch as well. I left extremely pleased with my meal. Oh, and the best part was, prices were extremely fair. For about 6GBP, I left feeling I could easily conquer the climbing of every tower in Caernarfon Castle.
