Handy petrol station, but not the cheapest. Not a problem if a penny or two extra per litre over supermarket pumps doesn’t bother you though. There shop stocks all the things you’d expect from a smalling petrol station, snack food, newspapers, bread and milk, sweets, drinks etc. Quite a handy place to pick up some bits same time as you fill up. They also have special offers now and then, worth looking out for the leaflets, the buy on get one free things can work out cheaper than a supermarket at times. A roadside assistance team also operate from Gwalia, you will often see their tow trucks driving like absolute nutters on the roads in the area. I’m sure gwalia thought plastering the garage name on the recovery trucks would make for some good free advertising, but being near enough run off the road by a signwritten vehicle kinda makes you think wtice about filling up there!
