Visited this restaurant quite some time ago it’s not one of our regular restaurants and decided to visit again, We arrived at 6.45 and it was empty. It’s a nice venue, seems a little dark but, according to husband, «has a nice ambience». They had a nice selection of vegetarian options — always a bonus for us! The food was delicious, spicy but not uncomfortably so. We’d asked for Jeera rice, not on the menu but they were happy to make this for us, it did not disappoint! My daughter ordered mango paneer(you may notice if you’ve read my other reviews, that we rather like paneer!) which is an unusual pairing but it must have been ok because she ate the lot! It was also nice to have background music that wasn’t bollywood songs or strangled cat sounds(sorry I know that seems rude to say but that’s what it sounds like!) Seems such a shame that the place has so little clientele, suspect that this is because it’s in a side road off of Bushey Heath so there’s no passing trade. I would highly recommend this indian restaurant and hope people will make an effort to visit, they won’t be disappointed.
