I had dinner here with my wife and parents. The food choice was excellent and the service was attentive and friendly.
The overall atmosphere is very lively but not so noisy that we couldn’t easily chat over our meal.
The actual food tasted fresh with lots of flavor. The portions were generous. The appetizer selection is one of the most varied I have ever been presented with. I chose Cuban Money Parcels. Delicious.
I was surprised and delighted with the food and the service.
Parking was also easy with wide spaces.

We had a few pints here before the FA Cup match for Cambridge @ Bury. The service was good enough and the atmosphere welcoming. Didn’t try the food so can’t comment on that.

This pub has ample, attractive, bright dining space and a really attractive and quiet outside dining space on decking. I sampled their home made chicken curry and my wife tried their ham and eggs with baked potato. We were both very happy with the quality of the food. The pub is a Thwaites pub with both Wainright and Thwaites bitter from cask.
The owner had a chat with us as we paid and left the pub he was very friendly and welcoming. It is a good place to eat and drink prior to football and away fans are welcome. The pub has ample parking with plenty of on street parking for visiting fans available in the area.
If you visit their website you can print a 15% off voucher. The bar was well staffed so drinks service was good. I gave it 4 rather than 5 stars because the food service could have been slicker.

A nice friendly pub which regularly shows football and serves food.
Parking can be difficult when it’s busy, but the service, beer and Atmosphere more than make up for it.
Hosting more than your average list of beer on tap, there are frequently guest beers on.
Having eaten here on a couple of occasions, I’d also recommend the food.
