Strawberry Garden

I love this place. Fresh fruit and veg without visiting a huge supermarket has to be a step in the right direction! There isn’t a great deal of room inside the shop which means that you can’t really stop to browse for long when it’s busy or you’ll be holding up the queue. They also raise money here for local charities — another reason to shop local :)

Never have I seen a more inviting grocers. This place is so colourful it is almost unreal. All that fruit and veg gets you into an immediate health kick mindset and you wish it were summer again so that you could rise early, make smoothies, go for a run, put the world to rights and then have a light salad. Ah, the inspirations a place like Strawberry Garden can conjure up.
All their produce does indeed look good enough to eat. Sorry to be so cliché but it is true, I never thought I could wax lyrical about food I eat so rarely when compared to say Galaxy chocolate. Strawberry garden reminded me of a textiles shop, all colour coded and presentable.
Or if not that, then what Roald Dahl/​Mr. Willy Wonka would have done if his penchant were of a healthier variety. Snozberries… Orange Juice river waterfall?
