Books & Puzzles

This is not the best cheap bookshop I have ever been in. It has an average range of adult fiction books and they normally have a two for five pounds offer on which is good but there doesn’t seem to be a very high turnover of books, if I go in here once a month the books are mostly the same.
The childrens book section is not very extensive, I am always on the lookout for bargin books for my daughters but they don’t seem to have had any new childrens books for ages and the selection seems to be getting smaller.
It is good if you are looking for presents though as it has quite a wide section of categories such as recipe books and gardening books etc. It also has a back room which sells a wide range of jigsaw puzzles.

My son, who is book mad, makes me take him to this shop every time we are in Burnham.
Its a great shop, not very big but has a huge selection of books in the front and then loads of puzzles at the back. There are always offers on, 3 for 2 etc so we always get a few bargains in there.
