This is a friendly and efficient branch in a beautiful old building in the lovely market town of Bungay. Plenty of space greets you inside and there is almost no queueing at all required. Staff are friendly and helpful and there is plenty of free parking available nearby. If you want to see a personal banker it would be wise to check available times before you go, but if you are prepared to wait a little while, they are usually pretty good at getting you sorted without the need to go away and come back.
