We decided to treat ourselves after a bit of late Thursday shopping in the Glades. We had a «40% off the food bill» voucher so we went to Pizza Express. Service was very friendly and efficient, but I wasn’t really impressed with the food. It looks like, that since they introduced the vouchers and nobody pays full price anymore, the portions have become much smaller. I might be wrong about that, but compared to other pizza chains… The food was also a bit bland. I had the La Reine pizza and there was just no flavour to it. I added a bit of black pepper, which didn’t really help, and I just didn’t want to add any garlic or chilly oil to a pizza.

Great place to grab a bite to eat, suitable for friends and families. They also host great kids parties! Price is reasonable and they often offer deals/discounts.

Regular Pizza Express. Service a bit slow at lunchtime but it’s friendly nonetheless

Pizza Express is Pizza Express. You know what you’re going to get. However, it’s the service and food quality that can differ greatly from branch to branch. The food at this one is always spot on and the service is good. Personally, I hate overly-attentive, sycophantic service, just make sure you are around when I want a drink, when I want the bill and make sure the food turns up hot. This place does all those things, which makes it the best of this chain in the area.

Consistently of top quality, their new pizza range that I tried today was AMAZING. I left the restaurant full(and I get full easily) with absolutely no regrets-the service was fast and the ambience great but not too loud.

As with all pizza expresses this one is no different. The staff are very friendly and the food is always good. The Kids packs are great and always keeps my children occupied while waiting for their pizzas. Greta dough balls too!

Nice enough, but much of a muchness. Has a nice outdoor area, but nothing different to other restaurants. It can be cold in there, so take a jacket or cardie!

Located near The Glades Shopping Centre(Boots entrance) is this really popular branch of the top restaurant chain. It’s very, very busy in the evenings and you’re lucky to get a table then(especially if they don’t open up the upstairs seating area), so I’d suggest calling up and booking a table beforehand. The service is good and efficient. I wouldn’t say it’s friendly but the job gets done! I recommend the mozzarella garlic bread, it is gorgeous. Plus the Pollo Pesto(Chicken and pasta in pesto sauce) and Lasagne are incredibly tasty. The only dessert I like is the chocolate fudge cake, but I find that really filling so tend to skip it. Sure, c.£8 for a dish can be a burden on your wallet, but if you dine here on a day when special offers such as 2for1 meals is on, it really is a hell of a bargain.

Pizza Express gave me mixed feelings about it. It looked very nice going in and the décor and atmosphere were very pleasant, calm and relaxing. Even the other customers were very quiet whilst at the same time enjoying themselves and unwinding. The menu gave options that were very different if your a loyal Pizza Hut fan so i stuck to a basic Mediterranean Margherita with some green toppings presented on a thin crispy base. When it arrived it looked very different to normal pizza’s. After tasting it i was not very satisfied, neither with the pizza or my appetite. The cheese was thick and clumpy while the base was very biscuit like. I guess it was worth a visit and perhaps the other pizza’s might be alot better. The atmosphere however definatly was pleasing and will probably take me back there.

Very smart and nice restaurant, love the flowers on the table, as my partner can never work out if they are real or not. They change there menu with the seasons, and currently there special chef pizzas are great and served on a wooden plank with a pizza cutter which is a nice touch. Always love the pizzas and starters. And the misses loves the lasagne. This is right in the heart of Bromley just round the corner of the Shopping Centre but is nice a quite inside, and you don’t notice really where you are. One of our favourite restaurants A must visit if you are in London.

I’ve eaten in this restaurant a few times and I really like it in there, I do find it alot better than Pizza Hut at times. The service is really quick in there and the staff are really friendly. It amazes me that I can order a whole pizza and within 5−10minutes it will be there on my table. Very nice pizzas as well and there is a wide variety to choose from. The actual restaurant is also very nicely laid out, I particularly like the layout in Bluewater because they cook it in the middle of the restaurant which I thinks good especially for little kids who are interested in looking everywhere, they can see their pizza being made! Very reasonable prices as well, I would strongly recommend going there one time especially if you love Pizza Hut.

One of a few chain restaurants available in Bromley town centre, Pizza Express sits just opposite the Glades shopping centre. Renowned for offering tasty thin crust pizzas at a fair price, this chain seems to be pretty successful all over the UK. The service in this branch of Pizza Express is usually up to standard and sometimes even better than that, which makes it a reliable standby when wanting to go out for a meal somewhere local. It can be especially nice in the summer(that is, if the sun is actually shining) as there is an outdoor eating area at the back of the restaurant, making the outdoor dining experience far more enjoyable than the experience of eating outdoors practically on the pavement like in Zizzi, which is next door.
