Not been here for a few years because of cold food .so when my wife said go for breakfast I was a bit mm. an yet again cold food once we sent it back it was fine. Won’t be my first second or third choice for breakfast in the future … but not a bad cup of coffee

I find this place is a bit hit and miss. We used to go here all the time and didn’t have a bad meal until about 18 months ago, when it went a bit off the boil. Having said that we had a really lovely meal here recently, and couldn’t fault the service. Recommend the ribs!

I love the food here, I have yet to be disappointed. The layout is a bit complicated, but when you’re sitting down to eat, does it really matter? The staff have always been polite and friendly and the food is cooked in the kitchen where you can see it and I’ve always enjoyed it. The location is good, by having the shops and cinema/​bowling alley nearby, but it’s a bit difficult to get to by public transport.

they a;ways get ypur food worng everytime i have been there they have gotten my order wrong and then when i have actually gotten the right order its been substanderd. the layout of this restaurant is arful its all over the place =(and theres always hundreds of screaming children all over the place. the staff are moody and sacastic and very rude. the drinks are rediculasly expensive. In fact i dont think ive ever paid so much for a pint anywere

Food is fantastic as is décor and music, there is a great selection for everyone ranging from light snacks to full on meals, also sharing options. The pizzas are amazing as with all the Frankie and Benny’s
The thing that lets this Frankie’s down is the staff they are miserable especially one woman who looks like her face would crack if she were to smile. She borders on rude and every time I have gone there and she isn’t there it has been a much nicer experience and I have enjoyed it.
The lay out is a bit odd it’s ok if you get a booth on the sides but there are rows of tables were you are practically sitting with strangers on what feels like the same table.
