The shop seemed to be quite busy at times, but very quickly served by a slightly hyperactive proprietor. Other staff in the shop are not actively participating in dealing with customers, therefore can create a tense atmosphere. The dry cleaning work and designing a suitcase cover is satisfactory and prompt on delivery. Just hope the atmosphere could be a bit more relaxed or perhaps she, who has been brought up with a foreign tongue does not know how to chit chat, could come across as abrupt. So long as we got our jobs done, we should be satisfied. Right?
