Cutest little tea shop for any girl who ever wanted to try afternoon tea! A must have is their classic scone with buttery clotted cream and jam.

I took my mum here a while ago as we are avid afternoon tea fans! Located at the bottom of park street near banskys famous wall painting it’s a really easy 10 minute walk from the centre or bus 8⁄9 and more go that way if you’re feeling lazy. The décor is sweet, like walking into your great aunts house complete with vintage dresser, vintage tea pots and home crafts! We had the full works with bottomless tea pot, so much food we couldn’t eat it all. We had warm fresh fruit scones, large finger sandwiches, a cupcake, piece of rocky road and something else i think. Very reasonably priced at £12 each for the full works or £4 each for a cream tea. It does get VERY busy so it’s wise to book in advance or get there by about 3pm if you don’t want them running out of anything… Also the bathrooms are the story below the tea room so if you are hard of walking it might pose a problem with the deep thick steps leading down. All in all i like it and i’ll be going back again one day soon.

Newly opened vintage tea room. Very nice and reasonably priced. Their scone and cupcakes are delicious! Will definitely go again soon!
