St Peter’s Hospice has about 50 shops in the Bristol area, all raising money for the charity which supports and looks after adults with a terminal illness. A large charity shop that really knows how to dress a window to pull in the punters. Lots of new clothes, particularly jeans, jumpers and t-shirts plus bric a brac. They also have a good selection of books including some that must have been donated by media students!

This location of the St. Peter’s Hospice shops is easily accesses by the 6 bus and there is an area in the back for dropping off the donations. The staff is quite good at selecting the best quality items to go out on the floor for sale, and you can get a lot of bargains, especially if you become a regular. They sell clothing, jewellery, toys & games, videos, DVDs, books, bric a brac as well as collectibles and the occasional small electrical goods and small furniture items. The staff are friendly and cheery, and there is a changing room to try on clothes. Look for the seasonal items on display at the appropriate times of the year.
