I would describe Reflections as the best of the high street salons that Bristol has to offer. That is to say the service can be a little rough around the edges but I was really pleased with the end result. I had an appointment with Chelsea; Chelsea is one of the better stylists and has worked for Reflections for a long time. She was really chatty — yes all the stereotypical small talk you would expect from a hair dresser — but this was not unpleasant or too much — just be prepared for a talkative trim. The only problem I had was that it was a rather sunny day, I was at the Reflections on Whiteladies Road and the shop front is wall-to-wall windows which meant the greenhouse effect; I was sweltering under my gown. This made it very hard to relax and enjoy the experience. The service from Reflections was great and I was happy with my cut but I’m not sure I would go back to the Whiteladies branch — it was just too hot. Feedback on Reflections experience was mostly supplied by my friends girlfriend. I shave my head, ha, actually so does she sometimes.
