Ordered a pizza from here and it ended up being half hour late. I also think the pizza had been reheated in the microwave because it had lost the crispness, seemed stale and hard to chew. I didn’t complain, just won’t be using this service again.

This Pizza Hut really is a small Hut. It only does pizzas for delivery or collection, it’s not a restaurant, and in my opinion, because of that fact they make pizzas that are not quite as good. In Pizza Huts where people sit down and eat on-site, the pizzas have to be good enough that people won’t complain, but in these delivery places they don’t have that concern. So, expect pizzas that are a bit greasier, and less generous with the toppings, than you may have had from Pizza Hut before. The prices are pretty high. If you’re paying full price for a pizza, it can cost £12.49 for a large, and the larges aren’t as big as they used to be– two people can definitely finish off a large and have room for dessert. Adding any extras or side dishes on top of that, the bill can quickly run up and it can work out very expensive. However they often do ‘meal deals’ and if you keep an eye out you might find special offers advertised– sometimes even 50% off offers, which make it all a lot better value. I can’t fault the delivery service. You can order online and pay by credit card, and I find it will turn up less than half an hour later, even on a Friday night when I’d expect them to be busiest.
