If there is one thing I am not, it is posh and I didn’t feel out of place or like I was being judged in this shop. I actually really like it and if how to buy jewellery my girlfriend would wear I would get her something beautiful from here. I know this is a very strange thing to say but the shop even smells lovely, probably like the inside of ladies handbags or the queen’s toilet(I have had this discussion many time and she doesn’t use it). I really do think this is the perfect shop to get gifts for people you actually care about, or to distract woman for a few hours while you go to the pub; everything is twinkly and shiny. They do have gifts for men too; they sell beautiful card holders, silver hip flasks and cuff links. But really it’s for the huge selection of different and beautiful jewellery you should come here. They even do jewellery parties(?) and you get a gift voucher if choose to have one. Something I thought was a lovely, fun gift idea were the decorated wine, shot and martini glasses, they almost seemed personalised and like pieces of art. Really a charming little shop.

This shop is perfectly posh, yes, and is also perfectly Clifton. The little jewellers on Regent Street is full of lovely pieces, but with that standard Clifton price tag. They sell some beautiful gift items, as well as a few bits of wrapping paper, so you only need visit one shop, and despite the small front of the shop, it goes back pretty far and is actually quite big inside. The sales assistant is really helpful and can usually find exactly the piece of jewellery you are looking for.
