The most disappointing take away to date. Confused of how they have managed to strip all taste away from basic ingredients? I ordered a beef chow mein and looked the part but completely void of any taste! Not my biggest fan!

Used Hotcha three times now.
First time the order took over an hour to arrive. I phoned them and they said they were outside my house — they weren’t! However, when it did arrive, the food was good and they had not long been open, so I gave them a pass for being new. They also gave me 10% off my next order.
Second time, decent food and reasonable delivery time.
Used them again over the weekend and the food was delivered spot on time if not quicker than quoted. Except one item was missing.
And when we tried the food… oh dear. I had ordered a beef based dish — except the amount of beef was miniscule. And it was a bit on the cold side, which was strange given the fact is was delivered super quick.
We phoned them and they said they would re-​send the (full) order but we didn’t have time for this. Again, they offered a 10% discount on our next order… something they seem strangely keen to give out.
I can handle the odd extended delivery time, but the standard of the food, from the good take-​away food that they started with to the very below standard food now being sold, simply not good enough.
Go elsewhere, unless you want 10% off your next order.

Pants!!! Online order form does not work for card payments Placed an order and received nothing to say order received. Emailed to find out if there was meant to be a confirmation and had no reply. Rang an hour later as no food arrived and told order had not gone through. Great starving family and waste of time.

Originally found this place through Just-​Eat and haven’t stopped ordering since. Very good food, nice resturant area if you want to eat in too!
