I had a collection only pizza, so no delivery problems. Domino’s is OK. Quite strong tomato flavour, which is nice, bit the pizza base/​crust is not as nice as some other well known places like Pizza Hut. Not as fresh as if could be. Just adequate.

Dominos pizza is my guilty pleasure and I love it so this review is based purely on the Emersons green branch.
How hard can it be to read an order off a screen and make a pizza? Well clearly for these people it is. The amount of times they have messed up our order or we have received it without being cooked is ridiculous. The staff are also incredibly rude and very unhelpful.
Unfortunately this is very close to our house and no other branch will deliver to us but in future we will collect from somewhere else.

Ok I’m a huge fan of dominos, at least once a week here would be a must.
I can’t say how disappointed I am with this particular store !
Really bad service, mainly from the mangers side.
On two occasions they have delivered my food 15 minutes earlier than the time stated, a time is stated for a reason !!
Very bad customer service at every level for me.
I would give dominos a 5 star as I love the pizzas but this store has let the company down.
A further a field I now have to travel so not too many visits here any more, will not be heading back to this store again !
