This shop sells mainly middle to higher end footwear. The service definitely does not match the product. Waited 10 mins to be served and then 20 mins more to get the requested size of shoes. Complete lack of information from anyone whilst this was happening. Eventually tried and liked two pairs of shoes that if bought would have come in at over £230. Asked if they would consider any discount for the two pairs but told that was not possible. Purchased one pair and went elsewhere for the other.

This is a great shoe shop, ideal location right in the heart of the Mall next to John Lewis. The windows surround the shop on two sides and they always showcase some of the good quality ranges stocked inside. Two thirds of the floor space is given over to ladies and gentlemans shoes. There are usually displays laid out either side of the entrance door, and then each side wall is full of shoes on display and there are usually central stands with shoes that are reduced in the sale for example. There are about half a dozen seats for you to try shoes on so I have never found this to be a problem and the staff are both friendly and attentive. They do some fabulous shoes, traditional sensible shoes and some extremely fancy shoes and sandals for special occasions — you know you’re worth it! Also do a good range of handbags — the latest Radleys for example are usually on display. They have a huge range of boots in the winter and always in really great leathers. The other third of the store is taken over by the childrens department, lovely colourful shoes and good staff on hand to measure your childs feet and ensure a good fit. Really recommend this shop.
