As a local resident I have always supported the local small businesses in Staple Hill like English Leathers and have generally been very happy with the goods and services received. However, despite English Leathers advertising ‘quality footwear’, my recent experience was VERY POOR when my purchase proved to be substandard and unfit for the purpose for which it was sold. On returning the goods to the shop the manager refused to apologise, refund or replace the goods. BEWARE!

I have been shopping at english leathers for many years now for myself and all the family, this shop is very well presented and customers are always well looked after and made to feel very welcome. Very highly recommended.
