BAC Fire & Security

BAC Fire and Security are a reliable firm who you know you can pick the phone up to and discuss your options. For me they’re big enough to be able to handle our jobs (they look after our sites as far away as Cornwall and Gloucester) yet small enough that you can speak to the same sales person, service person and often get the same engineer handling the work on site. This continuity allows them to provide a good service that can save time along the way.
When dealing with issues on site, unrelated to them I should add, I have even been able to contact senior members of staff on a Saturday on their personal mobiles. Probably not an everyday service but was very valuable in this situation and much appreciated. I think it just shows they go that extra mile.
