Andrews Letting & Management

I can honestly say that I have never heard a good word said for Andrews. Anyone that has anything to say about them is generally unhappy, although statistically you are a lot more likely to tell someone about a bad experience you had rather than a good one.
What Andrews have is the name, everyone’s heard of them, so the get quite good exposure and they tend to always have a good selection of properties available.
I guess it’s just the corporate feel that doesn’t always wash, when finding a house you kind of want a personal touch.

Andrews are a large property company (sales and lettings), catering for the whole of the Bristol and Bath ares. This branch on Whiteladies Road deals with Clifton and the surrounding area.
I have viewed properties with Andrews in the past, and have found that as they are quite a large company, they deal with you in a very uniform way, which isn’t always the most personal. When phoning up to arrange a viewing, I was unable to book anything until I had registered (and having viewed houses with so many lettings agents, I couldn’t remember if I had before). Also, after successfully finding my flat, I was phoned several times by them, checking if I had found somewhere, which was courteous, but also slightly annoying. I would use them again though, as they have a large range of properties and due to their size, might be able to negotiate a good deal.
