To bad I had to give them one star. I wish that I had read the above review before we signed on with to rent from them. They are exactly right. It took them over 6 months to take care of water damage from a leak and a major mold problem. We had to treaten to take them to court for them to address the issue. We also had a new baby that was exposed to it and they still wouldn’t let us out of our lease. We are now having to take them to court to get our deposit back. We even fixed things that were wrong with it before we moved in! They refuse to return our calls or even acknowlegde that we are trying to get a hold of them. If you rent from them, you will regret it!
