This bakers shop has been around for decades and people old and yound in this area have all got their own little favourites. I used to love the dinky doughnuts that they used to do for 5p a go although I do not know if they do these anymore.
However, my pallet became more sophisticated and I now love the shortbread snowmen, they are fandabbydozy! (in the words of Lee Evans)
The baker always says ‘cheers, ta’ once you have paid and it has always stuck in my head because it sounds like he really means it.
The 6 bus stop stops just across the street otherwise if you do not have a car it’l probably be abit of a walk but if you are going to the bakery to scoff your face then excerise before and after might be a good shout.
