I’ve been looking for a good Thai massage therapy and gave Heart Hands a try. I’ve got to say that it was about the best, if not the best, treatment I’ve ever had. I have a history of back pain, so have tried a lot of different massage therapies from deep tissue to acupuncture to shiatsu and the treatment today really was as good as it gets. The treatment was soothing and therapeutic and deep without being painful. Well, a bit of «good» pain that was fairly intense, but it didn’t cause me to flinch and I felt that it was just what I needed. I had areas in my mid back that had knots I had no idea were there until the massage. Now I feel supple and new. I have a feeling that I will sleep well tonight!

I returned to heart hands after trying some oil massages. Its now my go to treatment and I truly believe in the 5 stars I give it, I don’t give 5 stars to many business.
I love the thourgh nature of the treatment it seems to get to muscles that other treatments just don’t! I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Extremely unresponsive customer service and so unreliable! First I had to try a thousand times to contact him (had voucher, so no choice), then I waited for ages just to be cancelled with one day’s notice and not even offered a substitute appointment. No response to my reply and I have to start again to try to get hold of him. I never experienced anything like this and there are so many great places here in Brighton, in my opinion it’s better to save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
