Large bike shop with a range of good priced bikes from cheap to the more decent, costly models. I’ve bought two bikes from here over the past few years and am about to buy another — the service is second to none, with the friendly staff always happy to spend time dishing out advice and helping when in need — pumping up tyres, doing emergency inner tube changes to save me a job.
I’ve been into loads of bike shops around Brighton and always come back to this one to buy as it’s always the best deal and service is spot on. Not sure why there are negative reviews on here for this shop, can only assume as they’re a few years old that they were about previous staff.

Use Action Bikes regularly as it’s my nearest bike shop.
Never had an issue the staff are unfailingly polite in my opinion, the service is good and the prices reasonable.
Added to this, the manager once walked along London Road with me and my sister to help her with a broken lock to her bike and wouldn’t take payment.
I am not affiliated with the shop either.
