Excellent service and with a smile. John provided the advice and time for us to select the right carpet. Previously it has been confusing and a bit of a drama but John made it easy. It got better. The fitters arrived on time and carpeted our hall and three rooms in the time they said. We were delighted with the result and would not consider going anywhere else now.

Having just moved into a flat with no heating and nothing but tiled floors, walking inside is comparable to ice skating in bare feet… or ice sliding in bare feet… or doing something cold while in bare feet (you get the idea). So I needed to stop by a shop where I could get enough rugs to cover up my floor.
I was attacked with carpet from all sides, and was overwhelmed with the selection. This must have been reflected in my face as look of utter confusion, as the representative (who was on his mobile) said as soon as I walked in, «I really need to help this gentleman who came in.» I told him my problem, and he nodded in recognition. He then gave me four long (and very affordable) rugs to place in my hallway. They also offer carpeting and tiling services, if you need it. I didn’t, but the four long (and very affordable) rugs have solved my cold feet problem.
