Burger King isn’t my favorite fast food joint, but it does get the job done. The burgers and the fries at Burger King seem to be lacking that certain something that is offered in McDonald’s burgers and fries (probably grease and salt, but those things make food tasty). Since Burger King was the only place around that served a cheap burger, I decided to go in. I suppose the positive to this Burger King is its location. As its right by the water, you can enjoy your Junior Whopper while looking at the sea. And that’s what I did. Good times.

Gotta say that this Burger King isn’t the worse in the world as it has beautiful sea views of well… the sea and the East Pier. Not bad in my opinion, I mean I’ve been to much worse.
The food though doesn’t reflect the charmed position that it finds itself in. It’s like the chefs are just too awestruck by those crimson sunsets, foregrounded by the starling’s other worldly display over the Pier to realise that they’re meant to be preparing food. Maybe that’s a little harsh, but you know, I mean it’s just Burger King food. Bit more expensive than Maccy D’s and maybe a little less salty, and therefore a little less tasty…
Come for the view though and the warmth. Those things it can deliver on.

In the battle between 2 giants Burger King and Mcdonalds my winner is Mcd’s any day of the week. Burger King offers smaller burgers that are more expensive, the fries are similar and only in the last few years has Burger King started to do milkshakes. What is fast food without a really thick milkshake that doubles up as a refreshing pudding.
This Burger King is big and therefore feels quite airy so you do not stink of grease when you leave but in winter it’s a ghost town and in summer it’s rammed full, not for me.

I popped into this Burger King one evening for a late night snack, and found the service to be good — I imagine its location makes the busiest time during the summer tourist season. The rest of the time, this place is okay as Burger Kings go. Although, as always with Brighton seafront, beware of seagulls if you choose to eat outside!

I did not know anything about Brighton but wanted to explore the seafront and have a walk round whilst finding somewhere to eat. I did hope to find somewhere near the front.
Anyway, to my utter joy I discovered a branch of Burger King.
It is opposite the beach with terrific views of the pier.
It is a really good branch– clean and bright. The staff were really friendly and the service was speedy and of a high standard.
I sat in a window seat and watched the sun go down on a cloudless sky. Bliss.
The meal was excellent.
This was the best Burger King I have ever had the pleasure to visit.
it was spacious, clean and attractive. I wish there were more BK’s like this one.
