Terrible attitude and service. Put up blinds and shutters throughout house and we were very pleased until they started falling out of the walls. Called them to ask them to come and fix as per warranty but instead they blamed our (newly built) walls! They then didn’t bother showing up on the day we’d arranged to have them fixed (esp frustrating as I’d had to take the day of work to wait in) and then admitted on the phone that we were ‘hardly a priority’ as I’d complained. When I told them I was disappointed with this, they became extremely abusive. Genuinely my worst ever customer experience

I have just had my shutters fitted and am so pleased with them, they look amazing. It only took a day to fit the whole house and the fitters even hoovered around after every window they were so clean and tidy I was left with wonderful modern shutters and no mess at all, they filled any tiny gaps and the result is stunning, anyone thinking of getting shutters I would highly recommend Bella Vista Shutters.
