Took my car there for a paint job, I had to ask for it to be done by a certain date as i had a very important commitment to attend to. I was assured it would be done by then. I called the shop to find out how they were getting on and got told the mechanic was ill and couldn’t come in. I waited patiently until it got to the point i would miss my commitment if I didn’t get my car back, so I asked for somebody to be in for me to pick it up. Tried to get hold of the mechanic via email, phone, and even Facebook, to find to my surprise the mechanic had gone on HOLIDAY whilst he said he was ‘ill’. It turns out that all the ‘progress’ he said he had made with the car was a lie, when I went to pick up my car it was UNTOUCHED! nothing had been done to it.
Please, if you appreciate your patience, and your car, and don’t want any nasty surprises DO NOT take your car there, they will most definitely ruin your day.
By the way, They advertise they open at 8am, but the mechanics will stroll in at 9am with not even a ‘sorry you had to wait’.

Total cowboys, dont bother saying what you want coz they just do whatever they feel like and then you pay through the nose for it

As like most people I have shopped around in the past searching for good deals and the right people to trust with servicing my car but came across Beaconsfield a while ago now and haven’t left since. Staff are always friendly and never had any nasty surprises with cost which is always a plus. Highly recommend
