I have owned my flat since 2001. Everything has been holding up pretty well; until now! My entire flat is falling apart. All my door handles needed replacing and I needed a couple of new mortice locks. I had tried to get a handyman to do the work, but it was officially an expensive disaster with doors that didn’t shut and handles fitted backwards, with screws that didn’t match. It was ugly, annoying and hopeless! Having waited for a couple of months trying to decide what to do, I called Sean. I left a message and he called me back within 24 hours, he came over took a look, figured out what I needed by helping me make decisions (not an easy task). He sent over a quote within a few days, the quote seemed entirely acceptable, considering the amount of work that needed doing and materials that needed buying. He arrived exactly on time and got all the work done within a couple of hours. He also supplied and fitted a safe.
I am very happy with the quality of his work and his professionalism. I would definitely recommend him for a fairly large, complex job.
