This store is always heaving with customers trying to take advantage of these cheap deals. Like most pound stores they have lots and lots of stock which although never reliable in what they have there’s always something to spend your money on.
And I have found that if you buy your food there before going to the cinema it can save you £5 or more although you have to be discreet taking this food into the cinema.
It has to be said that the quality isn’t the best and very hit and miss in the sweet section into what tastes stale so if your not bothered about the money go elsewhere but for skint students surely the place to head to.

Busy shop located in the Merry Hill centre. Some great bargains to be had, especiallly books and stationary.
The only critisisms i would have is that the store is quite small and can get very crowded at time and queues can be quite long.

Very busy shop, well stocked with bargains of branded items all priced at £1. The stock is updated regularly and seasonal items are always available. I particularly look out for books, stationery and cleaning items. Staff are friendly and helpful. Conveniently located on the ground floor of the main shopping mall near to the bus station.

you can go wrong ith poundland with many brand names at a pound, only thing i dont like is it hard to get around. but you can get shampoo, house cleaning, toys, cards, diy and yes everything for apound
